Thanks Jennifer! Regarding #30, I like the 3D gears, but am not crazy about the typeface. The color selection is nice, with just the grey and green. At this point I haven't applied for trademark, but that's a good idea. You can keep the TM out of the logo.

I saw something this weekend that made me think of another possible layout. Imagine a rectangle where the text flows from upper left to lower right, curved a bit like a tilde character (~) but not that exaggerated. Then put one or more gears on the lower left and on the upper right. The total shape wouldn't need to fit in a rectangle, but the general idea is that the text is moving through the gears. Like one of my previous suggestions, this may or may not look great when realized. It's just another idea.

Thanks again everyone. We are 1 week away!

Monday is decision day. Presently my favorites are:
Carol Taldo both versions.
Gig horizontal aspect.
Jeff version 1 font with version 2 gear.

I look forward to seeing your ideas over the weekend. Thanks.

Thanks for the new submissions! IM3D, I like the typeface, am not crazy about the colors. The 3D effect of the gear is nice, though I don't care for the reverse 'C' inside it. Maybe simplify the gear and alter the colors.

NHR, I like the typeface and the colors in #35. Maybe simplify the gears and have them connect in the typical way where the cog teeth meet.

Elogonics, the parallel 'e' and 'g' are inventive. I like that. They lose a bit in the monochrome variation. I would like to see how that would that look with just negative space inside each gear, rather than coloring those letters. I'm not fond of the teal-orange combo. The staggering of words is nice.

Thanks for the fresh ideas everyone. It will be a tough decision tomorrow!

Thanks for posting those revisions everyone. Elogonics, #38 looks better than #36. But comparing it with some of the other posted ideas, the letter kerning seems a bit wide.

Im3d, #39 looks great. The colors may need to be a little less saturated, but this is one of my favorites. I wonder if the font weight is a little heavy when compared to the gears, so that it doesn't provide enough contrast. It may be fine. Normally I would sleep on it.

Nhr, #40 is very nice. The colors are great. Can you adjust the gears so the teeth are interlocked? Also, on the monochrome version the gears seem heavy. Maybe make one slightly larger than the other, and have more white space inside the larger gear.

Presently my favorites are:
Taldo #20 and #22.
im3d #39
nhr #40

Thanks!

Thank you everyone for submitting your ideas. The talent at Design Outpost is impressive.

Carol Taldo's versions 1 and 2 ultimately matched my vision. It's a clean, friendly design that will have a universal appeal. Thanks.
