[Project Complete] Folder, and Tag line for high end builder/remodeler - $525

I am a small volume high-end home builder and remodeler. I want to develop a marketing package/brand to help differentiate me from the competition. I use the example of Honda and Acura. They are the same company and offer the same quality product but Acura is able to command a better price through very effective branding. In fact, I would like to be perceived in the same way that Acura is, as a high-end product with quality and reliability you can trust. We may cost a little more but we are worth it.

My plan is to develop these foundational print pieces and then redesign my website, truck lettering, yard signs, brochure and promotional pieces into one cohesive brand.

I would like the following print pieces designed:

Letterhead
Two-sided business card
Envelope
Pocket folder with inside and outside design. Two pocket w /business card slot
Tag line/slogan

The design should be clean and minimal. It should appeal to busy homeowners who are willing to pay to have every aspect of their home renovation/construction taken care of for them. At the beginning of the construction process I want the home owner to feel confident that by selecting Milti builders they have made the best choice for building the home of their dreams.

Here are two images from JetBlue. I kind of like the back grounds in the images and I am fond of blue.

I also liked the folder that was developed by djaka, another designer on this site.

Here are two designs I came up with, so far just the business card to start out.
The first design (if they are in the correct order below) I created initially before you had posted the recent examples. However I still wanted to share the design with you. For this design, I was inspired by the gorgeous images on the site. I thought having such an image in the design would display what your company does, showing a quality, inviting home.

I took a stab at the tagline/slogan. The slogan here goes with the image looking like the client is entering the home. The image could be exchanged with an image of one of the company's custom homes if you like.

The next design I put together after seeing your post with the examples and how you like blue.

Sglaslow - I like your cards but I think that I want to stay away from photos on the material. I did like your tag line, "We build your dreams"

Davegk & Lutfi - I like your designs but would like to see something a little lighter. Perhaps a lighter shade of gray.

I would also like to see a design that uses something similar to the backgrounds that I posted for JetBlue

I hope that with a week to go for the deadline that there will be a few more design ideas.

I have af older design and tag line that I am going to use but I still need help with the front of my business card and the letterhead and enevelope. I am extending the deadline for these until Thursday the 29th
