Oct 9th : $125 : Real estate agent logo

(Admin code added by Palmer - 542712301S214414C) (Additional deposit for DragonB 3824933331)

I am looking for a logo for myself, a real estate agent that would reflect me as a sellers agent.

My website address is judygrayrealestate.com (if that is helpful)

This logo will be used on my business card and my other mailings for prospective people WHO WANT TO LIST THEIR HOUSE WITH ME.

I am thinking about the cost of reproducing this on cards and material I mail so I need your feedback about if it should be in color or balck and white and which you think is preferrable.

Logo Design Assessment

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To guide the designers in the right direction from the start, please complete the following questionnaire and copy and paste it in the first message of your logo project:

Design Outpost Creative Brief Worksheet

Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo? I am going to leave that up to you

What type of product or service do you offer? I represent people who are listing their home for sale

How long have you been in business? 1 yr

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity? Establish myself as a trusted real estate agent competetent to sell their home

What are your long term goals? To get referrals

When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer? I think I listed it as Sept 24

Audience Profile:
Please describe your existing audience-just starting out in the real estate business and planning to use my contacts in my existing business as a data base, plus the residents of my subdivision where I live.

Who would you like to add to your audience? Residents of an upscale subdivision where I have already sold a house

Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like? one that will look professional and not hokey

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?) I am concerned about the cost of reproducing a logo in color on material I mail so I want something that will print and look good in black and white if I choose not to reproduce in color

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo? No, I am open to any original ideas

Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business? I care about the success of my clients in getting their house sold

What is your tagline or slogan? working together to sell your home

What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience? I can sell my clients house quickly and profitability

Where will your new logo be used? On a business card, on printed communication-on everything I print

Competitive Positioning:
Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos? every realtor-never looked at their logo

List competitive URLs if possible

What sets you apart from your competitors? Anything I do, I do well

Targeted Message:
State a single-minded word or phrase that will appropriately describe your company: I work for you

I like your design-it shows me creativity. I'm afraid the house will not show up well when the logo is small. In addition I would like to see the lettering more "swirly" if you know what I mean. Thank you for your effort.

Thank you for your effort-your design is creative but it just didn't "speak" to me. Thank you for all your effort.

thank you

That also would look good in black and white when I don't want to pay for color.
I have another request for a logo for myself as a buyer's agent that I am not happy with the feedback I received. I am going to open it up again and I want you to please post this idea there. I am going to use your logo on my other request for a logo if you don't mind. Do you see any problem with that?
Thank you for all your effort.

She needs to see and approve the revisions she requested in the above message before you send her any files. Thanks
