[Project Complete] - Logo needed for new eNewsletter & website - $300
(Admin code added by Palmer - 7VR37283K0509841G)
we are looking for a logo and an identity for a new financial newsletter.
Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo?
Unseen Opportunity
What type of product or service do you offer?
We are an email/online newsletter.
How long have you been in business?
This is a startup business
What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
Build a following of readers who are interested in gaining control of their financial situations and overall success in life
When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?
7/9/2010
Audience Profile:
Who would you like to add to your audience?
People who want to control their own financial destiny. They crave investing, trading knowledge and look for wealth and an overall well being.
Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?
Uncomplicated, simple and elegant
Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
Higher end, classy, sophisticated image…green (for money) somewhere in there.
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?
it should convey some sense of wealth, abundance, success, prosperity, etc.
What is your tagline or slogan?
You must prepare for the unseen opportunity now, because when it comes you'll otherwise miss it.
What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
wealth, abundance, success, prosperity
Where will your new logo be used?
Emails, website, possibly print
Competitive Positioning:
Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?
www.earlytorise.com
www.investorsdailyedge.com
www.taipandaily.com
none of the logos really grab me. Early to rise does a nice job of summarizing who they are aiming for in their logo.
What sets you apart from your competitors?
Our advantage will be offering the reader an actionable item from each post. Instead of an overview we are going to tell them “do this” and you will gain____.
Targeted Message:
State a single-minded word or phrase that will appropriately describe your company:
Shortcuts To Making Life Easier Right Now

We like the direction of this version best so far (#1 second). We would like to see a couple of things done though.
1) Unseen Opportunity on single line
2) Some kind of object one either one of both ends
a) Stock trend line? Other graph/ trend line moving upward
b) Infinity type symbol?
c) Other things that imply prosperity, good fortune, etc.

Thank you for the feedback. Here is a revised version. Is this font type better?

good idea
We like the idea here. Could you place the name on all on a single line and get rid of the bar gragh, but still keep the eye symbol.

We would like to see the following changes: something else in the magnifying glass, and we want the logo to be based on a blue color scheme. Also, a version where the handle of the magnifying glass doesn't dip so low below the bottom of the letters.
Also, we are looking to use the infinity symbol. So if you can do something with that symbol.

Please update with the following changes: smaller design element to the left and blue instead of green
Also, we are looking to use the infinity symbol. So if you can do something with that symbol.

If you could make the following chages: both words on one line, capitalize first letter of each word, and something else instead of the bar graph, blue color scheme.
Also, we are looking to use the infinity symbol. So if you can do something with that symbol.
