Label for a DVD - Need by COB Tuesday May 17

Hi I need a label designed for a DVD. The title of the DVD is "The Critical Path to Attracting and Retaining Critical People". My website is www.MyCriticalPath.com. I'd like to include my picture (can send to you) and my MyCriticalPath log (probably don't have a graphic that's hi res enough for you to use so you'd have to replicate that. Feel free to incorporate other elements you find on the site.

Is this for print or for web presentation only?
Do you mean label for the disc? Not the DVD case cover, right?
What file format do you expect for the deliverable? PSD?

This is sample for web presentation...

If the design is for print use, then you have to supply photos/images that you expect to have on the design. As well something else such the copy/text, copyright info... etc..

Hi and thanks for replying. I need a JPG image that will be imprinted onto the DVD.

Thanks for the example. I like the format. I"m attaching a mock up of what I think I'd like. I can supply the pic but my logo graphic is not high res enough for print so the designer would have to create that.

hi.. please attach the hi-res version of your photo... as well the highest res of the logo that you have... or perhaps the vector file (.ai, .eps, .cdr) of the logo..

We are waiting for the admin code added by the admin. Then we can start posting ideas..
Also no clue of the reward of the project?
