We offer synchronization of contacts (tenants/landlords) from PropertyWare real estate management systems. Currently, we only support synchronization to ZenDesk.

Unsure. Maybe a circular logo with a couple arrows as the base? It would be used on a website and marketing material.

Two complementary colors, I think, that represent two data systems. Orange and blue perhaps? I don't have a strong preference here.
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
The sync icon with two arrows chasing each other in a circle was my first thought, but I don't feel too strongly here.
