Site name: BarnasBruktmarked.no
Site profile: BarnasBruktmarked.no is a classifieds site where it’s free to post ads for products that are related to and for kids and babys, like; baby and mama/mother clouds, safety gear, baby wagons etc.
I want the website to look like a hip, clean, reliable, classifieds site.
The main goal is that when the user enters this site they feel comfortable and uses our site to sell there things
Domain name: http://www.barnasbruktmarked.no
What is the scope of this project: A new site template. One template page required – used for homepage and product/detailed page (allmost the same).
Who is the intended audience: Norwegian mums and dads who want to buy and sell products that are related to and for kids and babys.
Mood or tone: Professional, fun, neat and clean.
Color psychology: The site should match the logo – but additional colors can be used as well. The logo is attached. You can get the logo her: logo.zip
What resources can you provide: Use any pictures in the zip file you can get her: Contest.zip
I like sites that are appealing artistically/graphically, people-oriented, not too much clutter, some extra space, obvious navigation... Use the children, babys and the products attached in the zip file.
Deadline: April 30nd
Screen resolution: I would like the design to work on 884 pixels in width I think.
Navigation: Take a look at the attached gif image of the site layout.
I think we will need two sets of menus. One for the following items (across the bottom and in plane text (so I can translate it to Norwegian later), not graphics?):
- About Us
- Contact Us
The other set of navigation will be for (on the top also in plane text)
- Add ad
- Browse Pictures
- Latest ads
- Top ads
I would like to have the ability in the future to modify the navigation buttons.
You can see a demo of the software I’m going to use her:
PS! I wil not use blue colure as in the demo.
and her: http://www.rcmarked.no
(a site that I made whit the same sothware)
One HTML templates, as per Design Guidelines.
- Associated CSS style sheets for headers/signpost text, for textual navigation elements, for body text, footer, etc.
- Buttons and/or Tabs as required by design.
- Any non-standard fonts. I don't know much about fonts, but what I mean is any font that doesn't come with Windows 2000 install. If I don't have the font, I can't edit it later.
