Thumbs up Mortgage Banner $45

(Admin code added by Palmer - 8J7905746)

Hey all,

I need a banner to use to direct traffic to my site.

Here is my main website address, http://www.kdloans.com

would like something with flash or gif.

I have another URL www.fastcashrefi.com that I have directed to the same site. I would like this URL in the banner.

we really want to drive home the image of 5 star service, Our bank name is Premium Capital Funding. Our logo's are on my website.

I'm new here so I'm not really sure if this is enough info. I have attached our logo.

Greetings and Welcome to Design Outpost

A few questions before I jump in:

What is your pefered limit on file size in kb?

Do you have any text that MUST be on the banner other than the logo and the www.fastcashrefi.com URL?

Also do you have the logo in .esp, .ai, or .psd format? You can pm an admin or Palmer and someone will post your attachement.

Thank you,
--Brian

Thanks for the reply, I don't have the logo in any other format, I don't even know what those are.

ad Size can be up to 720 x 500 pixels, and file sizes not much bigger than 50K.

Is that possible?

OH, text I really want on the banner would be "Refinance Now"
beat the rate hikes, maybe something about rates climbing up.

create a sense of urgency kinda.........

I wouldn't need the URL in the banner would I? since if they click on the add, they would be directed to the site anyway right?

Maybe I should just have the text , "refinance now" Wholesale Rates, fast closings, cash out, debt consolidation, etc. then our logo somewhere. I would like colors to match our logo colors.

Would that make more sense.

Hello, I did this up so far.

Use text from the site, colors pulled from the logo and file is a
Standard 468x60 banner file size is 27 kb which is where most Banner exchange networks draw their line on size(kb)

Let me know what you think.
The more feedback the better to help get you what you want.

Looks good so far, I would like to see one with the text "Refinance Now" something that slaps the viewer in the face and makes them want to hurry and refinance. "rates are going up" "close fast" something like that. Also this will be used also as a pop under add, so we can expand the size if needed.

thanks a ton!!

were on to something now,,,,,,

Can we make the text "refinance now" permanant somewhere?

have it kinda throbbing or flashing,

then the rest of the text alternating like now.

we can remove the URL at the bottom.

thanks again,

this is a great place!!

OK, can we change the font to Century Gothic, Slow the flash rate a bit, maybe do bold letters. I think that may do it.

would it cost more to make it bigger?

oh, spell refinance correctly

Hey Kale

OK font changed to Century Gothic "BOLD"

Flash rate "slowed" a bit

and REFINANCE spelled correctly

What size banner would you like? No charge on that. This is your contest and your money has been put in the pot already and you should leave with what you want.

Name it and I'll do my best to get it to you

---Brian

size is around 23kb

ok, that looks good,

regarding size, can we increase the height to almost double and still make it look good,

Under our logo in smaller text add "Your Bank. Your Choices." in italic

do you have an image of a pile of cash to put somewhere in the mix?

thanks again

Sorry for the spelling errors, I must need more coffee or something, lol

Here it is again

About linking:

below is how you would link it to your site

<a href="http://www.kdloans.com"><img src="your-file-folder-here/prem_cap_banner.gif" width="468" height="120" border="0"></a>

If this banner is good with no other revisions I will send the file.

Where shall I send it?

This was fun
