[Designer Chosen] Business Stationary $150: Medina Systems
(Admin code added by Michael - 2R8398644X)
I am looking for business cards, letterhead and envelope designs for a boutique IT consulting company called Medina Systems. The logo has been designed at DO and is attached below. Whatever designs you guys come up with needs to convey professionalism and be in keeping with a similar theme to the logo. For the business cards, I would prefer double-sided.
If you have any questions or require further clarification, then please let me know!

The other point I need to make is that this design needs to be for multiple people so whatever format you come up with at the end needs to be 'editable' so I can add different names, titles, phone numbers and so on...

What file format do you need these delivered in? Will Illustrator (.AI or .EPS) work for you?

Tried to create a system that was a bit more dynamic than traditional business collateral. 2 Color designs, with contrasting yellow on card backs to demand attention.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks!

Great work guys! Here are some initial comments and suggestions:
QuirkDesign: I'm not usually a fan of green, but I do like the colour combinations you have here. The top of the letterhead is diferent and stands out. My only concern would be that it seems that it is gray beneath the letterhead. I would prefer this to be white -- which may affect your choice of other colours on the page -- because otherwise I think I would need to buy/produce blank sheets in that colour if I was to send letters greater than one page.
Mike: I like it. The colours work well, and I especially like the back of the business cards. I like the idea of the watermark icon. On the letterhead, could you move the 'Medina Systems' up so it is underneath the icon at the top of the page? Maybe adjust the size, if required, so its proportional to the icon.
David: Again, I really like the colours. The two-tones of blue works well and the back of the business card is really good. My only concern is with the 'swish' which seems to eat up too much of the page and seems to me a bit distracting on the card. Can something be added so it retains the colours and doesn't make the page/card look too bare?
Elemeno^P: I really like the back of the card and agree with you that it demands attention. I like the front too and think the 'swoosh' works well. With regards to the letterhead, is it possible to try and alternative configuration for the address (i.e. not so circular)? The watermark is nice.

Here is the letterhead on white paper. Actually looks better, I think.

Thanks for that. It does look better with the white.
For everyone who is competing and those who are interested in submitting an entry, I would like to get this wrapped up by Wednesday as I would love to get something to the printers by the end of the week.

David: Could you put the address down the bottom of the letterhead, but keep the logo/icon on the topic? Also, would it be possible, on the business card, do put the logo above the person's name/position and see how that looks?

abutler,
Are you still accepting entries for this project? Your previous threads indicated you were close to making a decision and other designers may be interested in joining if you are accepting further work.
Thanks!

Sure, people can make further submissions. I had wanted to wrap this up last week, but unfortunately that hasn't been possible yet (not because the designs have not been up to par, but because I haven't been able to get feedback from everyone else involved)..

DesignGeneral: Thanks for your submission. I really like it. The only thing I am not sure about is the triangular corners on the bottom of the card, letterhead and envelope. It just looks a little awkward to me. Is it possible to remove these corners and have something straight? Thanks!
