[Project Complete] Logo for nutritional supplement store

We request a logo for a new nutritional store called Beyond Nutrition. Deadline is 4/29/05.

The name is: Beyond Nutrition

Site example: http://beyond-nutrition.chilliwackstorm.com/
(this is the general color scheme and layout)

We would like the full name included in the logo.

The logo should have the following qualities:

1. Modern
2. Eye catching
3. Professional

The idea of the store is to provide Canadians (and worldwide audience) a place to shop online for nutritional supplements as well as get information on the latest products. We also want it to drive customers to the store.


Please be creative and enjoy.

PS: If I have done anything wrong (from registering to paying to content here) could someone please advise. I believe I will use this site many times in the future and want to make sure I am operating efficiently.

I do have to run these by clients, so I will respond ASAP.

Moz: There does need to be more 'involvement' in the logo. Meaning that they need to work together more (if that makes sense). As well some imagery.

Bill: I think it is very good. It may be a little too 'cartoony' but it may not be.

PS: These are both just my opinions and not those of the actual purchaser. I will advise. Thanks again for both of your works so far.

Thank you to all that have submitted. As it is now the weekend, I may have trouble getting a hold of the owner. I am working on it and ask that you keep them coming.

Bill: They are looking for a body builder guy and less cartoony. More of a wellness looking guy, working out etc... Silhouette maybe... in the background. Strong Roman looking text to look more athletic... (their words)

They like the lettering in the box seen here:

Moz: Liked the colors, they felt it was to plain (I feel like an *** here). Anyways, they would like some graphics incorporated.

Artemii: Version 2.0 - Brand recognition is good, looking for a harder looking image, more masculine. Maybe silhouette a muscle image. Harder looking Roman font. Greek God again.

Version 1.0 - The arrow is not what they are looking for. The globe with a male and/or female (he mentioned the guy holding the globe with multiple arms, no idea where that is from, but very recognizable. More roman looking of a font. Greek god if that makes sense.

Version 3.0 - Not interested in arrows. They really want to incorporate a masculine female or male (more likely male) into the logo. Depth is maybe to be used for beyond.

Sorry if this is not great details. It is really, second hand. An idea was a lean body builder with a spotlight and a shadow and have the wording in the shadow or below.

Eziey: The logo will be placed in the upper left of the page.

Artemii: This http://www.designoutpost.com/forums/...id=36113&stc=1 seems to be the front runner for them so far. They would like some modifications to it if you wouldn't mind. Moving the font to the sides, trying to work with the image etc...

It is hard for me to assume what my client wants, and it is hard for them to tell me (apparently... ) as they are not the most graphically inclined.

I know they wanted possible a longer logo, width wise...
