[Project Complete] 9Spaces Logo - $150
(Admin code added by Palmer - 8KE71151R2597763A)
9 Spaces is a social networking site for the Chinese and emerging markets. It has both a B2B as well as a B2C application. The logo should be very Chines friendly, but also commercial enough for a business user.
Unlike much of the chines market that is very busy in design, this should be professional, communicate trust, integrity - think business networking - not romance.
In China 9 stands for the highest position, used by the Emperor
Also an idea is a 3x3 grid used as a corner of a chess or checker board.
Thanks!

I like idea on the 3x3 box, but it needs more distinction.
On the 9 wrap around spaces is good as well, though is it possible to make it less square?

Who said the space(s) should be square?
The "chinese" shaddow says: 9 Marketplaces (I couldn't find the symbols for spaces...)
Comments welcomed.

9 Spaces
Hi DKParker,
I've put together two similar concepts for your logo design based on your "chessboard" idea. If you like either of the concepts and would like to see any variations or revisions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you,
Dave

Ruairi can you try squares as an option to the circles above?

Thanks for your work on this, we have some minor changes that we need to make. Specifically, the Chinese script shadowed.
David Dong will be sending you the script.

Chinese Script
This is the attachment. Notice that in shadow it should be up-side-down.

Ruairi,
It looks nice and Chinese characters are correct. Can you make one more tweak to make shadowed Chinese characters heavier so it can stand out a little bit more?
Thanks
